Drawing from our backgrounds in dance, yoga and the Alexander Technique, we provide clients with dynamic, full bodied fitness and corrective sessions based on classic and contemporary Pilates exercises and principles. Sessions are tailored to client’s specific needs and goals and include, alignment assessments, muscular imbalance corrections, injury rehabilitation and safe progression toward fitness goals. Our mission as Pilates teachers is to help clients feel their best by finding balance, strength, flexibility and joy on the mat and in life.
